Calum started working for AW Radio in 2020 and since then has worked up to being the director of the station, this involves scouting out and picking presenters for the station, deciding on the overall theme, and picking all of the music for "non-stop hits". As a lifelong music devotee, cultivating playlists comes naturally & he sees radio as a platform and opportunity to pay homage to his favourite artists as well as fill a gap in the media market where a lot of artists both up and coming and of yesteryear, don't get the recognition that they deserve.
